It is specified beforehand that the present conditions exclusively govern the sales of products offered in the headings of 1barber.be. These products are sold new. These conditions apply other than all other conditions, in particular those into force in the stores.

Article 1 - Price

1.1 - Prices of our products are indicated in euros, including taxes and out of shipping costs.

1.2 - 1barber.be reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but the products will be invoicees on the basis of tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders.

1.3 - The products remain the property of 1barber.be to the complete cashing of the price by 1barber.be.

1.4 - The products and services sold on 1barber.be are reserved to the private individuals.

Foreign customers (not living in Europe) won't be charged taxes but can see themselves imposing custom charges corresponding to the rate of value-added tax applicable in their country of destination.

Contractual information is presented in French language and will be the subject of a confirmation taking again this contractual information at the latest at the time of the delivery. 1barber.be reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there would be a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.
