Article 4 - Availability

Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available. Our offers of products are proposed within the limit of stocks available. For the products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability in our suppliers.

Within this framework, indications on the availability of the products are provided to you at the moment of the making of your order. This information coming directly from our suppliers, of the errors or modifications can exceptionally exist. In the possibility of a unavailability of product after making of your order, we will inform you by mall or mail as of reception of the information received by the suppliers. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account were output.
