Article 12 - Responsibility

The offered products are in conformity with the Belgian legislation into force and the applicable standards in Belgium. The responsibility for 1barber.be could not be committed in the event of non-observance of the legislation of the country where the product is delivered (for example in the event of prohibition of a product...). It rests with to you to check near the local authorities the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services which you plan to order.

The photographs are communicated on a purely illustrative basis. We invite you to defer you to the description of each product to know the precise characteristics of them; and in case of doubt or if you wish further information do not hesitate to contact us (+32 10 86 05 01). 1barber.be is responsible only for the contents of the pages which it publishes. In the event of glaring error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, 1barber.be could not see its committed responsibility. Total or partial impossibility to use the products, in particular due to incompatibility of material, can give place to no compensation or refunding or blamed for the responsibility for 1barber.be. Our products have performances compatible with occupational uses even if 1barber does not have vocation to sell to professionals. 1barber.be will not be able to see consequently its committed responsibility for any damage whatever it is resulting from an occupation.
