Article 13 - Guarantee

13.1 - Legal guarantee

We engage, with your choice, to refund you or to exchange you the apparently defective products or not corresponding to your order. If you ask for refunding via 1barber.be, we thank you for agreeing to contact our Service Customers to the +32 10 86 05 01. The products must be turned over to us or brought back in store in the state in which received them to you with the whole of the elements (additional, packing, note...). In any event, you profit from the legal guarantees of conformity of the good to the contract and the hidden defects and this in accordance with the legal provisions specified in appendix 1 of these conditions. The provisions of this article do not prevent you from profiting from the right of retractation envisaged to article 8.

13.2 - Contractual guarantee

The products bought on 1barber.be can give right a guarantee. This one is indicated on the card article of the products presented on the site. In order to know the steps to be followed concerning the after-sales service for any problem or of breakdown on a product you can contact the Service customers with the following telephone number: +32 10 86 05 01. To be able to profit from the guarantee of the products, it is imperatively advisable to preserve the purchase invoice of the product. The contractual guarantees do not cover: - the replacement of consumable (batteries, bulbs, fuses, antennas, helmets of walkmans, microphones, wear of reading or recording heads...), - the abnormal use or not in conformity of the products.

We invite you in this respect consulting the note of employment attentively provided with the products,

- breakdowns related to the accessories (electric cables...),

- defects and their consequences due to the intervention of a repairer not agré by 1barber,

- defects and their consequences related to the use not-in conformity with use for which the product is intended (professional, collective use...),

- defects and their consequences related to any external cause.

However, in any event you profit from the provisions of the legal guarantee in particular those relating to the legal guarantee specified in article 13.1 above.
