Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 - General

The products bought on 1barber.be are delivered around the world. The times indicated during the ordering are usual average times and correspond to the times of treatment of forwarding to which the time of routing is added. The products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of order. When you order several products at the same time and that those have different times of forwarding, the time of forwarding of order is based on the longest time. 1barber.be reserves however the possibility of splitting forwardings. Only the dispatched products are then output. The share in the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be invoiced only for one sending. 1barber.be could not be held for person in charge for the consequences due to a delay of routing.

In the event of delay of forwarding, a mall will be addressed to you. In this case, and as long as the product is not dispatched, you can always cancel your order, no flow being carried out before the delivery. In the event of delay of delivery, the product having been dispatched, you can also cancel your order and ask for the refunding of the product as well as the expenses of return. In this case, if you received the product after your cancellation, we will proceed to the refunding of the product, reception of this one, complete and in its state of origin, by our care.

We also invite you to consult your follow-up of order regularly and to call the service customers for any question or in the event of problem. In the event of payment by bank card or privative, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the times of forwarding, to which the times of routing bound for Belgium are added.

Any order not dispatched in the 30 days of the order will be cancelled except stipulation contrary and announced in the offer of sale.

5.2 - Problems of delivery

You must notify to the conveyor and with 1barber all reserves on the delivered product (for example: parcel damaged, already open...) in the 3 days following the reception of the product. Then, according to the cases defined in article 13.1 below, you can profit from the conditions of exchange and refunding envisaged in this article.

5.3 - Loss of a parcel
In case a parcel is lost during transportation, only those parcels sent by means providing tracking numbers will be assured for their content.
