Article 14 - Applicable duty - Litigations

This contract is subjected to the Belgian law. The language of this contract is the English language. In the event of litigation with professionals and/or tradesmen, the courts of Nivelles (Belgium) will be qualified. In the event of litigation, the Belgian courts will be only qualified.
