| Ideally shave in the direction of the beard growth. Start with the sides, then the moustache area and last the chin. The chin hairs are the toughest, so this allows them the most time to soften under the shave cream. |

A team of the daily "Au Quotidien" tv show from RTBF was present in our shop this evening. We organized tonight a special course summarising all our three usual friday courses from sharpening your straight razor to prepare your bear and finally shave yourself with a cuthroat razor. We take this opportunity to thank all the people present during the course. Our sole intend was to spread the word of wet shaving through a nationwide media with a special emphasis on the too often forgotten straight razor. The final word was the shave of half the face of a participant. This way, we could clearly depict how close a shave can be with a sole and unique well taimed blade! Here's the link to their website: http://www.rtbf.be/info/au-quotidien/vu-d039ici/raser-sans-etre-rasoir-144748 Find hereafter the broadcasted story:

| "Mille mercis pour votre temps et tous les super conseils que vous m'avez donnés. J'ai vraiment passé un agréable moment et je me suis enrichi de beaucoup de choses sur un sujet qui au départ pourrait paraître anodin. Vous avez rendu un homme heureux et lui avez converti une corvée en plaisir intense." S. Galant, Belgique |
